Hello, my name is Gloria Duran.

I am the CEO and founder of D&S – DRE CONSULTANTS located in Alhambra

Up until 2012, I worked at Stewart Title for 12 years as the VP Manager for their DRE services as a Transaction Specialist. Prior to working with Stewart Title, I have experience working for other Title Insurance Companies as well.

I am recognized by the Department of Real Estate for my knowledge, technical skills, and quality of work. I have handled all types of projects including condominiums, condo-conversions, planned developments, standard projects, phased projects, and mixed-use condominiums.

I have recently gone independent and opened my office in Alhambra. I was formerly a Paralegal Assistant in 1994 preparing and filing legal documents, as well as attending court hearings. I have also spent time managing the office and setting up appointments. Plus, I am a member of the Alhambra Chamber of Commerce and the Los Angeles / Ventura BIA/DRE committee.
